Booking & Payments
Your first-hour lesson will be charged at half price and if you wish to continue you will be invoiced in a block of half term or term lessons unless otherwise agreed
All subsequent sessions will be charged at the hourly rate agreed and will be payable in half-term or term instalments at the beginning of each term/half term unless otherwise agreed. If you need to cancel a lesson please give me at least 48 hours notice and I will deduct the value of the lesson from your next invoice.
If you need to cancel your lessons all together please give me at least 4 weeks notice so I can find a student to take your spot and refund any money due for unused lesson time. All termly or half termly payments are non-refundable unless 4 weeks notice is given
Info for Parents & Guardians
If you are booking lessons for your child or a young person that you are the designated guardian of, you or another guardian will need to be present at your house at the time of the lessons. As a member of the ISM, I adhere to the ISM Members code of conduct and the ISM Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy, Code of Practice and Procedures.
If you have any questions or concerns about safeguarding or would like to see a my DBS Certificate please let me know.

If you would like to make a booking please make sure you have talked to your parent or guardian first even if you are paying for the lessons yourself and please complete the form with your parent or guardian.
All communication will need to go through them as it is against my safeguarding practices to have direct phone, email or message contact with any students under the age of 18.
